Welcome to Red Canyon Collective! These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, redcanyoncollective.com (the "Site"), as well as any products or services we provide, including fine art and photography prints, photography sessions, and custom photography services (e.g., boudoir or portrait photography) (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Red Canyon Collective offers various services, including but not limited to:

Services are subject to availability and pricing as outlined on the Site. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Payment and Billing
For any paid services or products, you agree to provide valid and accurate payment information.
All payments will be processed via a secure payment gateway (e.g., PayPal, Stripe). You agree to the pricing and payment terms specified on the Site at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or other charges associated with the Services you purchase. By providing your payment information, you authorize Red Canyon Collective to process payments in accordance with these terms.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
• Photography sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in the forfeiture of your deposit, which is non-refundable.
• Photographs and Fine Art: All sales are final for artwork once it has been processed and shipped. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days to request a replacement or refund.
5. User Conduct
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:
• Violate any local, state, national, or international laws.
• Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of the Site.
• Upload, distribute, or transmit harmful, malicious, or unlawful content.
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of Red Canyon Collective or others.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or contribute complies with these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to images, designs, graphics, text, and logos, is the intellectual property of Red Canyon Collective or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of any of our content without our express written permission.
If you purchase any artwork or photography prints, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to display the artwork for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Limitation of Liability
Red Canyon Collective will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services. In no event will our liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question. Some jurisdictions may not allow
certain limitations on liability, so these restrictions may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be updated accordingly.
Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
